Interim Procurement Management

Temporarily strengthen the existing team.

Specialist advice on applying Procurement Best Practice including Lean, JIT, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Commercial.
» Establish procurement best practices and procedures.
» Develop Lean Purchasing Practice within a framework of Best Practice
» Development and mentoring of the existing procurement team.
» Management and development of the supplier base.
» Reduce costs, release cash and manage currencies.
» Prepare for quality accreditation ISO 9001 or TS16949.
» Address issues raised by auditor during assessment.

By taking on an Interim role the Procurement Best Practice ethos will be applied where the client wishes to develop and strengthen the existing Procurement practices.
